This is a bolt in brake bias Tilton pedal box assembly to directly replace the standard pedal box and fits into the standard cutout in the bulkhead using the same stud fixing points.
The assembly features a Tilton overhung twin pedal bias box with our own throttle pedal arrangement. The brake pedal has a bias bar built in that can either be adjusted manually or by use of an adjuster knob. The clutch pedal is converted to hydraulic to lighten even the heaviest of clutches and also has a clutch pedal stop to avoid over-stroking the clutch cover springs.
The mounting bracketry is fabricated from laser cut steel blanks, folded and TIG welded, finished in black powder coat. The kit also features a stiffening brace to mount to the underside of the steering column to give maximum support to the pedal box that further improves pedal feel.
The kit includes all the mounting bracketry and stiffening brace, a Tilton pedal assembly, Tilton brake and clutch master cylinders, throttle pedal, clutch stop, all fasteners required.
There are optional extras available such as a hydraulic clutch slave cylinder and bracket for JC5 gearboxes, clutch hose, Tilton combined triple reservoir, reservoir hose - please select these options above. We offer solutions for plumbing reservoir to master cylinders and for clutch master to clutch slave but we don't offer any braking hoses due to the wide variety of plumbing options available - please ask for advice on this if required.
At present this is only available for right hand drive vehicles.
