197/200 OE Replacement Exhaust Manifold. If you are purchasing this manifold and our exhaust system, please select the sports cat option on the exhaust system if you would like the centre exhaust section (directly downstream of the manifold) to be fitted with a 200 cell sports cat.
This is a direct replacement for the original exhaust manifold. The flexible sections in the standard exhaust manifold are problematic and can crack. We have used our tried and tested slip joints held together with springs to allow movement and articulation in the manifold to stop any cracking. The manifold has no pre-cat, so you will require the secondary cat to be in place if you need to pass emissions tests.
The manifold features:
- Primary and secondary pipe sizes and lengths same as OE original.
- Slip on handmade merge collectors held on with springs rather than flexi joints.
- Full 304 stainless steel construction, with TIG welded butt welds and MIG welded fillet joints. These systems are designed by us and are made by a UK supercar exhaust manufacturer exclusively for us.
This manifold can be fitted directly with our racing exhaust systems by choosing the option to fit with 'STANDARD 197/200 MANIFOLD'.
The manifold is supplied with a Renault gasket.
