Gripper Diff Rebuild Kit for TL4 Diff, comprising of 10 outer plates, 10 inner plates, 2 belleville washers.  There are numerous different thickness plates included so that the desired preload can be regained.  Approximately 0.1mm of thicker plates equates to 10lbft extra preload.
